The mission home was torn up because the tile floor "exploded." So, we had no room to feed all these missionaries. The next best option was to take them to a nice seafood restuarant at Boca del Rio where the Jamapa River empties into the Gulf of Mexico.


These shrimp that Sisters Narciso and Martinez are enjoying are wrapped in a piece of bacon, breaded and deep-fried. The beverage is horchata, rice milk with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Very good!
